Having worked with some of the largest companies in North America as an innovation consultant, Tyler drives our global strategy and leads the way for the team, always making sure to keep things exciting, special and interesting, while staying ahead of the curve on tech and disruption models.

June has a breadth of experience ranging from traditional Innovation Design and Lab Creation to Business Design, Venture Design, Product Building, and Investment Strategy. Interested in bringing pilots to organizations as well as positioning them as a strong innovative player in their ecosystem, she has worked in both, start-up, and large corporate environments. Plain and simple, she has a passion for helping organizations reach their best potential.

Andrea is a highly motivated, service-oriented, and data-driven young professional that loves to put her knowledge and expertise at the service of others. Her background in project and performance management, along with a degree in Finance and Economics, allows Andrea to proficiently turn complex problems that may seem intimidating or confusing to some into something that can be useful and actionable. She thrives in challenging environments and is passionate about becoming a valuable resource in helping organizations achieve their biggest goals.

An experienced researcher and creative problem solver, Martina brings her absolutely delightful demeanour and positive energy to the team and injects it throughout the company culture. Her diverse background in social sciences means she knows how to ask the right questions, break down complex concepts and use her analytical skills to effectively drive innovation solutions.

Michael is a dynamic professional who navigates the ever-changing business landscape by equipping leaders with invaluable tools and strategies, enabling them to embrace and thrive in transformational times. With an impressive tenure as the Head of Innovation Design + Validation at Walmart Canada, Michael successfully led a multidisciplinary team of researchers, creators, strategists, and developers, consistently challenging conventional norms and fostering an environment of innovation. Distinguished as the youngest store manager in Canada for the world's largest retailer, Michael spearheaded projects focused on enhancing customer experience, resulting in a remarkable $250 million in business value generated within a three-year span. Michael's notable contributions to the industry have garnered recognition, including being honoured as part of "The Peaks" esteemed Emerging Leaders Class of 2022, a distinguished group selected by peers and accomplished co-chairs.

Sporting a poli sci masters degree and experience in the financial, real estate and retail industries, Matthew confidently leads projects and engages closely with clients. Always 110% committed, he takes initiative and goes the extra mile on every task, deliverable and project.

Tayler is an experienced leader in innovation strategy and scaling new functions and businesses. She has a strong background in digital strategy and an international perspective, having worked across 8 countries and 4 continents. With a key focus on driving new growth and creating impactful change, she has led transformation initiatives across industries. She is passionate about human-centric design and enabling high performing teams through mentorship and coaching. Tayler is dedicated to driving positive and ROI positive change and creating meaningful impact on a global scale.

Fenton is a dynamic entrepreneur with expertise in business and academia, recognized as an innovation leader. As a Board Director, Advisor, Speaker, Investor, and Professor, he stands at the forefront of business innovation, committed to shaping the next generation of leaders and change-makers.

Cassidy is an experienced graphic designer, blending creativity with strategic insight. With a graphic design diploma from Centennial College, a wide variety of freelance experiences, and work done at Centennial College, she excels in crafting captivating designs that resonate with audiences. Cassidy's collaborative approach and dedication to excellence ensure she delivers visually stunning solutions that exceed expectations. Passionate about staying ahead of industry trends, she brings fresh perspectives to every project.

Jay is a University of Toronto Business Management & Strategy graduate with a broad range of experience in Consulting, Pricing, Finance, and Data Analytics. As a pricing consultant, Jay leveraged analytics to supply customized, data-driven solutions that delivered multi-million dollar margin improvements to high profile clients across various industries. He is a serial learner that is passionate about solving problems, and uses his diverse background to help shape the innovation strategy of clients.

Eartha Phorson is a dynamic and results-driven professional with multifaceted experience across industries like Health Informatics, Technology, and Education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science & Business from the University of Waterloo, and an MSc in Digital Management from Ivey Business School, which means she has a knack for knowledge translation and technology integration. Eartha is a people person who is passionate about building relationships with clients, colleagues and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Tracy’s accounting and finance background has evolved over a span of 20 years. Obtaining her BA from Wilfrid Laurier University, she leverages her CPA designation along with experience in both private practice and corporate controller roles to keep the financial and internal gears of the Disruptive Edge machine well-oiled and running smoothly.

His rich academic background as a system design engineer with additional certifications in AI, machine learning and data science, make Krishan a true expert in validating features and solutions through primary testing. He’s a UX design specialist with a deep focus on product solutions, and always impresses the team with his ability to manage complex, multifaceted challenges.

A wealth of both public and private sector experience, coupled with a master’s degree in strategic foresight and innovation, firmly position JC - as we endearingly refer to him - as an effective primary and secondary researcher, with a side order of product designer. His experience as co-founder of a construction tech company speaks to his customer-centric approach, and informs his ability to effectively bring research and design expertise together.

Abdul-Aziz is an insightful strategist and experienced researcher known for his expertise in digital management and financial strategy. He holds a bachelor's in business management from Western University and an MSc from Ivey Business School. With a background in diverse sectors including banking, supply-chain, and blockchain, Abdul-Aziz provides advisory services, blending Applied Systems Thinking and Design Thinking to offer innovative solutions to complex problems. He combines his deep knowledge of transformative technologies and business models with intellectual curiosity and pragmatic execution, illuminating pathways to overcome tomorrow's business challenges.

Sarah is a highly motivated data-driven individual who has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Western University and a master’s in Business Analytics from the Ivey School of Business. Sarah brings a unique skill set with her analytics background combined with her previous work experience in strategy, which allows her to approach business problems with both a quantitative and qualitative mind-set to arrive at a well-rounded solution. Sarah enjoys being challenged and leverages her analytical and strategic background to support businesses and provide innovative solutions.

A decade of field experience and a masters degree in design strategy give Dani her magic touch in directing our global design efforts. While she’s responsible for making sure that everything we do always looks beautiful, it’s her ability to leverage design as a problem-solving tool that acts as a bridge between our strategy work and visual communications.
